product was not same as per the mentioned description and we have made complaint also for that on which no action was taken. we are still waiting to get replaced. images also submitted on the same day of raising the complaint

First of all I’m very much happy about this laptop. It works flawlessly and best suited for business peoples.

Packaging very good but tire marks over it.
I just received the package and the same is well packed with buble plastic for safety of laptop, however, I saw over the package marks of a tire and the same I pictured. One disappointment is there is no laptop bag received.

Be cautious while ordering costly electronics at Amazon
Laptop crashed on day one. Lenovo confirmed it was old used machine. Amazon promised pickup for refund, but a week later—still no action despite reminders. Disappointed with Amazon’s declining service. Avoid buying expensive electronics here as basic customer support is no longer same as it used to be. Still waiting to see if they’ll follow through.
