Waste of money
Very poor battery life, received damaged product. Once recharge it’s not even stayed for a day. Need to charge every day twice. Watch sports modes not working properly. To get it service also not available. It’s waste of money. Not able to return or replace the product. I believed cross beat products will be good quality. But now I am not at all happy with the product.

OMG, where to start , just don’t buy it. It is better to stay without smartwatch rather than using this. 1. Watch has started showing blurry display suddenly see the photos 2.No response from Customer service team 3. Doesn’t tell you how many calories you have burnt while running cycling, gymming or anything. 4 Always display please wear watch correctly for collecting heartrate, or oxygen level.

1st Amazon messed up and send me an old used not working noise smartwatch. But they were quiet supportive and replaced the product. Just i recieved and happy with the product. Will definitely edit this review after some days of use.

I brought a new watch for my brother, for his birthday gift, I gave it to him, he open in front of me, product was correct, everything was there, but watch was not turning on. I am returning this product, but this Amazon chat is not accepting it, they want me to chat and chat, I have given all the answers on it, but still chat is saying we want you to chat. No conclusion on it.
