But at your own peril!
I purchased Titan Crest Smartwatch last week as I admire Titan as a brand (regularmechanical watches). While I did see some mixed reviews, I wanted to take a leap of faith inthe brand. Unfortunately, I did not have a pleasant purchase experience. Let me mention afew instances that prompted me to return this product and request a refund. The product was delivered on Saturday, 2nd March, everything seemed to work fine until itconsidered even the time awake in calculating the sleep time and the sleep score (onSunday noon, it showed my sleep time from Saturday night as 13.5 hrs. instead of 6.5 hrs.).I thought there was some reading issue, but I did not pay much attention. On Sunday, the 3rd, the app showed no record of my steps after 6 PM. While the watch readabout 4.8K steps before my bedtime, the app did not register any of it.On Monday the 4th, the entire forenoon readings got automatically wiped out. I quickly wrotean email to Titan’s customer support but all I received was an automated emailacknowledgement. Later that evening, I called them using the IVR number provided but thevague response from the executive didn’t make much sense (he told me that a ticket wasalready generated and that the concerned personnel would respond within two workingdays).I contacted Amazon and their technical support. After a 20 minutes call, they wereextremely supportive to offer me a return & refund option. The pickup was scheduled for 7th March. This meant I had 2–3 days to wait for a responsefrom Titan’s customer support. I hoped to cancel the return request if they were able to solvemy issue. Besides, I still wanted to get that one final sign just to be sure that returning thisproduct would be the best idea. And guess what, on 5th March, a discrepancy in the sleepdata calculation (from 4th March) did not surprise me. While it was correctly captured on thewatch, the reported reading in the app is incorrect. I finally decided to return the product asthere wasn’t much left to consider.IMO, I believe there is an incompatibility or syncing issue between the watch and the app. This refutes the whole point of using a smartwatch (i.e., keeping a record of your day-to-dayactivity). It’s a bit disappointing that a brand that’s well-renowned for their delightfulmechanical watches lacks expertise in putting smart in their smartwatches.

Go for it!
Having used many smartwatches in the 2k-4k range, Titan Crest 2.0 absolutely felt a great upgrade. I bought this for ₹4995 during Amazon Prime Day sales, which was an absolute steal price.Pros• The AMOLED screen, which I believe is a must for every smartwatch [a minimum requirement for featuring Always On Display (AOD) which makes a smartwatch a “watch”]• The design is elegant and neat, which drew me into buying this. [That is a Titan “thing”, I guess]• The health sensors seemed accurate, I can vouch for the step counter which I have personally verified. [It doesn’t show a heart rate and SPO2 for air and inanimate objects unlike many other watches!]• The overall feel on the wrist is so comfortable thanks to the Aluminium body and metal strap. The size is also optimum for my personal preference• The charging speed is good with a 0-100 in less than 2 hours• The Titan Smart app is having Strava, health connect and healthifyme integration, which is a big plus for those who are using these health tracker apps. The app design also feels good and authentic rather than third party chinese apps that most smartwatches useCons• Eventhough the app is good, it lacks certain common data such as battery percentage of the device (as of now)• The os of the phone has scope for improvement eventhough there are no major limitations that I have felt so far

Terrible Quality with minimum digital options; Avoid it
Took it just because it came with Titan brand but am completely down. Terrible product with least features. You can such Quality at 1/10th from other brands. Would thought of returning back but may be even seller knows about worst product quality hence has Not given returning option. Would never go by Titan brand in future nor would recommend it. But to avoid such products. Many & better options available from other brands.
