I recently bought this AI smart watch for my kid, and honestly, what impressed me the most is its AI. Video calling works fine, WhatsApp is smooth for short messages, and the GPS mostly stays accurate which really relaxes me when he’s outside. Good Customer Service After Initial Issue
The watch has a good application and useful features for kids. Initially, I faced an issue as the watch was not switching on. I contacted customer support via call, WhatsApp, and email. After sharing the required proofs, they arranged a pickup through DTDC courier and replaced the watch with a new, tested (QA-approved) unit. They also shared video proof of the working replacement on WhatsApp, which was reassuring.Overall, I am happy with the service and the replacement process. The only drawback is the response time — I had to follow up multiple times and wait for replies, which is not expected and definitely needs improvement.Service-wise, they are reliable, and the product works well now.

Update: Just after 10 days of usage, the battery charging is not proper and some beeping is coming while connecting the charger.This watch never showed accurate gps even under clear skies.The physical button to on the screen also not intuitive.Screen navigation or gestures not intuitive either.To turn on torch we need to go to settings and they spelled it as “troch”, imagine the quality they make.Only possitives are setracker cloned and android based.
