A very good watch. I use it with Airtel sim and am able to call my kid plus he is also able to call us as and when he wants. He uses it during sports classes as well and the watch works pretty well. Battery charges full within an hour and lasts a day. Overall an excellent choice for kids

This watch truly deserves a praise. I am quit satisfied with the features provided video calling, audio calling, clarity and GPS tracking. Helps me and my kid a lot. The post purchase service is top notch. The way the service team took my request of how to handle a few tasks was admirable. Since the service team and my office work collide, I couldn’t connect with them in their office time and vice versa, but they continuously followed up with me get a common time slot and resolve my queries. I hope this review helps who wants to buy watch this for their kids.

Sekyo Carepal review after usage of an year.
Sekyo has provided a good way to keep track of kids while playing outside. The product is good and easy to use. Normal call or video call all works fine. After the use of more than a year watch was not getting charged however good support was provided by Sekyo support and the issue was resolved. Overall good product for money.

Review for Sekyo Carepal Pro Smartwatch
This is my third Sekyo watch purchase — I previously used a basic model for two years and was very satisfied with it. I also gifted One carepal Pro to my niece. One of the most useful features I appreciate in Sekyo watches is the background noise function, which helps me listen to the surroundings and stay assured about my child’s safety. Based on that good experience, I upgraded to the Carepal Pro in April.Unfortunately, the watch developed a malfunction within four months (while still under warranty). Initially, reaching Sekyo’s customer service was difficult as calls were not answered. Later, I connected with them on WhatsApp, and the team responded and agreed to review the watch. They arranged a reverse pickup, but the process was quite slow — the first courier (DTDC) did not pick up despite multiple attempts, and only after I requested did they assign Delhivery, who finally completed the pickup. This delay was frustrating.Once the watch reached Sekyo, they repaired the volume issue and, as a goodwill gesture for the delay, also replaced the screen free of cost, which I truly appreciate. Special thanks to Vani, who handled my complaint with prompt and polite responses. After repair, I received the watch back within a week.Overall, I would describe my experience with Sekyo’s after-sales service as satisfactory. There were definite inconveniences in reaching customer support and with the pickup delays, but the way the company resolved the issue and added a positive gesture in the end showed that they do value their customers.That said, I hope Sekyo works on making its customer service more reachable, responsive, and faster. Also, the battery backup of the Carepal Pro can be improved.Despite the hiccups, I am satisfied with the way my issue was resolved and would still recommend Sekyo, especially for the unique child-safety features their watches provide.
