Features Don’t Work as Promised
After using this watch for close to 30 days, here’s my feedback:Most of the time, when we try to make a video call, we get the message: “Device offline. There is probably no network coverage, or it is off.”The Auto Answer feature works only for voice calls and not for video, which defeats the purpose.The live location feature is highly inaccurate — even after multiple refresh attempts, it doesn’t show even an approximate location.The Safety Zone option is completely disabled and unusable.Even when trying to make calls directly from the watch, it responds with “poor network” despite having full signal strength.Overall, this device feels more like a toy than a safety watch, and it definitely does not perform as specified. This has been a disappointing purchase.
