I bought this smartwatch for my child, but overall, it has been a disappointing experience. The only real feature is SIM support and calling, but even that is not user-friendly. Inserting the SIM is complicated, and making calls isn’t straightforward for kids to handle.The display quality is just average — nothing impressive. The camera is practically useless; the image quality is very poor. On the positive side, the strap and case are decent and feel okay in terms of build.Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this watch for kids. It’s not simple or effective enough to be useful.

Product Supports Only Airtel SIM – Misleading Description!The product description is misleading — it does not mention that the smartwatch supports only Airtel SIM cards. After purchase, I discovered that Jio SIMs do not work, which makes it inconvenient and forces additional expenses to purchase a new Airtel connection.In addition, the pairing process with the app is not user-friendly and takes considerable effort. Overall, the product did not meet expectations and feels like a poor value for money.Request to the seller: Please update the product listing to clearly specify SIM compatibility and improve the setup experience.

SIM is not recognised
I recently purchased a smart watch for my child through Amazon. While the product appeared promising in terms of features, I have encountered persistent issues with its functionality, particularly with SIM card compatibility.Initially, I attempted to pair the watch with my mobile device, but it prompted me to insert a SIM card. I inserted a Jio SIM (VoLTE), but the device failed to recognize it. Suspecting that the issue could be related to network compatibility, I went ahead and ported my number to BSNL, which operates on a different network. Unfortunately, even with the BSNL SIM, the watch continued to display the message: “Insert valid SIM card.”Despite multiple attempts and troubleshooting, the device has not worked as expected. It is disappointing, especially since the primary function of the watch—to enable communication—remains inaccessible.I would appreciate it if the seller or manufacturer could provide further clarification regarding supported SIM cards or assist with a resolution.Thank you.Sincerely,Sujith C P
