Never Buy this Insuranace, Its a Scam
Never Buy this product,Cheating by Realme and Amazon together, My phone is unresponsive in 1.7 years and when i wanted to claim , Amazon says to contact Realme and viceversa.Eventually Realme said they can not process the claim as it was damage protection not the functional behavior.I am very disappointed with the Product as my understanding was I’ll get cover if my phone go unresponsive either through Damage or Functional.Beware of these Frauds.
