Bought this for my boyfriend who is a swim instructor and needed a reliable watch that could connect to his phone and also be able to keep track of time for the classes. The initial watch received must’ve been a dud because this one thus far has held a magnificent charge and also even better with playing music than the initial watch we received. The seller is amazing, they emailed me and kept reaching out to me to try and send a new one to replace the broken one and I am very pleased – as is my boyfriend. Thank you so much for contacting me to replace the originally received watch which was not working past three days of use without any sort of trauma to the watch. It is amazing how different the new one we received has worked and he has noticed and is very happy with the replacement. If you own a Samsung phone and are in search of a durable and masculine watch, this is the one for you!! Try going to easy way and opt out for a cheaper version of a smartwatch but it goes with the same you get what you pay for the build of the watch is very sturdy not cheap downloading the app was very easy but overall the function is not practical due to the fact that you set up your WhatsApp and you set up your messages but you cannot set up your emails it is set up as others in the app so if you have multiple emails you will not know which emails it’s being sent so when receive a WhatsApp message you cannot open it and see what the message is when you receive your regular message you also cannot see what it is you can only see when a email is sent to you and you cannot even send a quick reply , lasted 2 hours trying to understand on how to receive messages and be seen and still nothing happened this is truly a watch for kids can’t say , how effective this watch would be for work how other people on the review state that it is perfect for work maybe for Android phone but for iPhone user this watch is completely useless again try not to be cheap and just go for a refurbished iWatch it is a waste of time and effort having to order and resend it just to get a refund so in my opinion don’t believe the reviews how people stating that this is a good substitute for iWatch save money and just go by and I watch this watch may be better compatible for Android users or people that are not used to technology overall like I said in the beginning it is a well-build watch and that’s about it to monitor heart rate wouldn’t trust it to monitor stress level wouldn’t trust it to monitor anything that has to do with your body I wouldn’t trust it the calculator works fine and the timer works fine when trying to use the music app it’s kind of flaky the shutter app is pretty good and to count your steps I really don’t know because I didn’t waste my time to even engage in this watch actually doing anything that it was promoting to do again good luck and you get what you pay for but wouldn’t recommend this watch to nobody

I purchased this watch because it looked like a rigid watch and water proof. Well, I purchased my first one in August of 2023. I was on vacation and it started raining. The watch received a few drops and died. They did replace my watch. Fast forward, I charged my watch on Feb 8th and it worked for a few hours on the 9th and died. I was thinking that maybe the cord became disengaged. I charged it on Feb 9th and it lasted a hour today. I’m frustrated and I want be purchasing this brand again.
