Worst Product and Worst Customer Service
I wish I could give this product a 0 star , the product stopped working within first 8 hours and when it was not being used for more than an hour in intervals.The Amazon first sent me an open product and then it stopped working.I logged my complaint within 24 hours and its been more than 18 days and still my complaint is not resolved.On top of them Amazon team rejects pickup from their end and update it as customer rejected pickup.No technician came to resolve the issue, neither the return guy came even after raiaing tickets and complaint on service centre more than 5 times.Really frustrated with the Lenovo Product and now Amazon Customer Service.

Good for Single player Games, A big No-no For multiplayer games
If anyone is looking to buy a laptop to play single player offline, i recommend this laptop, but if you are looking to play multiplayer games this laptop is a no-no, the installed network adapter has very poor performance, you will get high ping. Also battery is not good, it will die out after an hour though i don’t expect a good battery life for a gaming pc.
