The first product I received was defective, and even the replacement they sent started giving problems. When I contacted support again, they shamelessly refused to replace it, saying their “policy” doesn’t allow more than one replacement—even if the product is faulty again!This shows that Fire-Boltt doesn’t care about quality or customers. They only care about selling, and once they get your money, you’re on your own. Their customer support is rude, unhelpful, and completely irresponsible.Honestly, I regret wasting my money on this useless brand. The product is garbage, and the company is even worse. If you don’t want to throw your hard-earned money into the dustbin, stay far away from Fire-Boltt.

Button not working
The watch developed a button issue within a short time, and I had to initiate a service request. It was picked up for repair on 18/07/2025, and despite providing a detailed video as proof, it has now been 7 days with no update at all.Worse, their customer support is completely unresponsive calls go unanswered, and there’s no proper tracking or communication about the repair status. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times via phone and email but received no real help.It’s really frustrating to spend money on a product and then be left in the dark when issues arise. A smartwatch is supposed to make life easier, not more stressful.If you’re considering buying a Fire-Boltt product, I strongly suggest dont buy the product might look good, but their after-sales service is unreliable at best.
