Received Dead Fire-Boltt Smartwatch – No Support from Amazon or Fire-Boltt
I received a Fire-Boltt smartwatch in a completely non-functional (dead) condition. Despite multiple attempts using different chargers and cables, the watch does not turn on at all.I tried reaching out to Fire-Boltt support but received no response. Amazon also does not provide an option to return or replace the product, which is extremely disappointing.This experience has completely eroded my trust in Fire-Boltt smartwatches. I feel like I’ve lost my money on a faulty product with no accountability from either the brand or the seller.In amazon also not providing option to refund and replaces it’s not Good for business.

A Perfect choice but with some flaw.
The Fire-Boltt Ring X is, on the whole, a rather decent smartwatch. The battery life is surprisingly good — charge it once and it’ll soldier on for more than five days, provided you’re not fiddling with every last feature. Personally, I only wanted something that tells the time without collapsing after lunch, so in that respect it’s spot on.Now, the grumbles. The watch insists on using the Da Fit app, which is about as inspiring as a wet weekend in Slough. The watch faces are painfully limited — every Fire-Boltt model seems to share the same uninspired selection, regardless of the watch. This thing looks suspiciously like an Apple Watch, yet you can’t even get Apple-style themes. A bit of false advertising by design, if you ask me.As for the strap… well, let’s just say it feels like it was designed for someone with wrists the size of tree trunks. I ended up shelling out extra for a strap that actually fits, which is mildly irritating when you’ve already paid for the watch.All that said, it does the job. If you don’t expect luxury, innovation, or the thrill of choice, it’s a perfectly serviceable bit of kit. Cheers.

Not accurate at all!!- The steps were measured from the iPhone are somewhere between 2000 to 4000 steps less than the watch.- HR and Spo2 apparently could be measured remotly (recorded when I’m not wearing the watch)Also, tried to recharge it after the first use, didn’t workBig waste of money, I wouldn’t even pay it for a child to play with it.

This rating and review is based on the initial look and feel only, i will write in details after few days of usage.Based on look and feel the watch is amazing, its band is smooth and easy and comfortable to wear, also loved the color. the smart watch has some smart features of controlling brightness, a flash light and can also control camera and music if connected to phone (which i still need to connect and test). Overall i am happy at the initial handling of the watch. Delivery was quick too 🙂 i will write more soon.July 2022 : After months of use, today am happy to write that i am satisfied and happy about this product, it has surpassed my expectations.
