This device is an absolute piece of junk. All parameters are way off.Steps: Under calculatesHeart rate: over calculates; does not go beyond 120 bpm even during HIITSleeps: Moderately fine but not an exceptional however does not capture afternoon napsSkin Temp: ImmaterialStress: No way to verify.. I am stressed about wasting 4K but it’s says I’m cool.HRV: some random figure.Sizing chart of the ring itself wrong..way oversize based on the chart specification.I can give away to anyone if you feel like buying, pls save your money by not buying this junk. Spend rather on protein powder, shoes…that will be more helpful

Good smart ring.
I am happy with purchasing this smart ring. It is comfortable to ware. Looks very premium and same as gold. Size is also slim. So on first looks it looks as gold ring.As on part of smart, it track my heart rate, spo2, sleep and steps and temperature very accurately. I have checked it and compared it with my apple watch. It is very easy to pair with my phone and app support and connectivity is great.Very good smart ring at this price.Battery lasts 5 days on single charge. Built quality of both ring and charging case is excellent.

Worst smartring! Not even a ring
I would have given negative star if this was the option here.. Worst product and worts costumer support. If you have size issue Boat will not going to replace the size in my case I order size 9 for my husband when he tried it it was bit small in size. I thought since it is a ring size replacement option would be there. But as per boat policy they have different size available but they will not replace it. Please never buy this garbage.. it gives incorrect data.. It will count steps even if you are in resting state. For me it is totally a garbage. Please don’t fall in trap.

Smart ring for daily life
I recently purchased this boat smart ring active plus its really good. Stainless steel design looks premium and its lightweight. This is the silver color i m wearing. It tracks my heart rate sleep spo2 and even skin temperature. Very east to connect and battery life is solid overall its cool gedget for my health.

Update after 2 weeks UsageFirst: Reminding users that this ring size is smaller than Boat Smart ring so don’t use older ring sizing kit, definitely use the new one. Second, this ring definitely under counts the step. It does not even register small steps especially if you are doing slow walk e.g. walking inside home. This is in comparison to steps taken from my smart watch same time. Finally, after few charging cycles, charge retention has increased for the ring. Now it is holding charge for 2.5-3 days, therefore, I will rate it good value for money product.Original Review after 2-3 days UsageFor the price, this is one of the best product. However, if you look standalone on its own their are few rough edges. With all the parameters enabled, holding charge is an issue, it will hold max 2 days, which is far less than 4 days claimed.Especially for people wanting to move from Smart Active to this product (Smart Active Plus), ring sizes are not same. For the same size, it feels smaller. I had Smart Active size 8, which was bit loose, on the same finger Smart Active Plus size 9 is fitting perfectly. Also this ring is definitely an improvement because skin temperature and HRV was missing in the older iteration.On counting foot steps, it is slightly under counting. I have a Smart Watch, which is counting more. Not sure which one is correct but difference is not massive.I tried both Smartwatch as well as ring for tracking badminton session for 1.45 Hrs. For same time, watch had counted significantly lesser calories burned while ring was on too higher a side. I am assuming ring is definitely over quoting the calories burned.

I would not tell this a worth the price, because the product states that battery last for 7 day but hell no it just last for 2 day only , look are good , features are same as a normal smartwatch , durability is great , comfort is fine to , fitness tracker is fine
