The watch has an inbuilt blootooth feature through which you can connect your device easily. The connection process is very easy and it doesn’t take up much time. It is a super quality device with a sleek expensive look and a great display. There are other features such as sports mode, heart rate, stress level, and also monitors your sleep schedule. The sound quality of the speaker is also really good and the voice is clearly audible.

Hard no, DON’T BUY
If I could give this zero stars I would… I had purchased this as a birthday gift for my very senior father who lives in India for his birthday. The Bluetooth won’t connect, the timing won’t set. BoAt used to be such a cool brand when I was a teen in India but the quality now simply socks, the after sales service and customer rep service offer no help. The process to get an exchange is so comp,ex and lengthy it’s as if the company wants you to give up. It’s a pity that the company claims it’s affordable but then falsely claims to give warranty and support, if it’s not possible to give warranty and after sales service DON’T DO IT. For the rest, don’t waste your money on this watch.

Beautiful watch
Simply loved the watch quality. Best connectivity and the features of the watch are great. I am in love with the bold black color and it suits best for my husband. He liked it alot and the touch screen feature is fabulous too. The step count and fitness features are great and the calling features helps alot. Very budget friendly branded watch option in this price range. Must have. Go for it!

Horrible watch , horrible customer service. The watch stop charging after only ten days . Called their customer support and they picked up the watch and returned it and again same exact problem. Who has time for all this? You buy a watch you expect it to work at least for one year . Very , very disappointed . And their customer service you have to waste at least an hour time with an ai agent (worthless) before they transfer to an agent.
