Defective item with Return pick up failed even on repeated attempt
I ordered this laptop !! Bt i received defective item by amazon seller.. it shows hinge problm looks like manufacturing defect.. i requested Amazon team to replace the item after asus service centre approval and DOA certificate .. they issue return pick up .. bt return pick up is continuously fail even on repeated attempt without reaching at my address or calling me .. my amount is stucked.. i m very disappointed with this kind of services..

Speaker stop working within 25 days, bcoz of motherboard issue, pathetic service by asus. After a month wifi stop working, and next day boot process not working. Dont purchase this garbage… complete waste of money..

Good Performance but Very Poor built Quality.
3 Stars because performance is really good and looked good value for money, But Built Quality is very flimsy.- S-pen broke within a week.- Touchpad has stopped working within a month.Will Raise a service request and hopefully it will be resolved because of warranty but would have not bought if i knew of the upcoming inconvinience. Should Have looked for a better brand and Quality product.
