I recently( 20days) purchased the Hemmer Poler Watch and unfortunately, I must say that my experience with it has been quite disappointing. Allow me to share my thoughts on the product’s battery life and the customer support team’s performance.First and foremost, the battery life of this watch is simply not up to par. Despite claims of long-lasting power, I found myself constantly needing to recharge it. Even with minimal usage, the battery barely lasted through the day, which is a big letdown. It’s frustrating having to constantly keep an eye on the battery level and charge it frequently, especially when I expected better performance based on the product description.On top of the battery issue, the customer support team’s responsiveness and effectiveness were far from satisfactory. I reached out to seek assistance with the battery problem I was facing, but it took an incredible amount of time to receive a response. Even then, the resolution provided was generic and lacked any real insight or guidance. It was clear that the customer support team did not prioritize helping customers or resolving issues promptly.Overall, I cannot in good faith recommend the Hemmer Poler Watch due to its subpar battery life and lackluster customer support. While the watch itself may have some appealing features, these crucial aspects severely impacted my experience and left me feeling unsatisfied with my purchase. I strongly urge potential buyers to consider alternative options with better battery performance and more reliable customer support before making their final decision.
