Customer service disappointment
I purchased these headphones because they were marked as Amazon’s Choice, so I expected good quality. Sadly, the internal sound stopped working after a short time. One side has no sound, which makes them unusable.When I contacted customer service, instead of offering a simple replacement or return, they repeatedly asked for photos of the box and a fault video. Not everyone keeps product packaging, so this process felt inconvenient and frustrating.The product quality did not meet expectations, and the customer service experience was disappointing.

The product was very nice. used overall used 4 days experience songs experience was truly ultimately superb and the movie experience was great. ‼️but during in the calls was not good. noise cancellation was not working another person can’t hear our voice not properly. Except call price to worth 🤙 good working experience battery was also running long hours THANKU 💕

The sound quality is good, and the app offers multiple customization options, which is a nice feature. I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks now, and overall performance is satisfactory. However, the build quality could have been sturdier, as it feels a bit flimsy.

Guys! Do Not buy Check attached snapshots
Guys! Guys! Guys! Guys! Dont ever buy this unbranded product it doesnt have brand quallity , coz i recently buy this but got battery drain in 2hour by 30 to 40% check snapshot within 15 to 20min get drain fast why they claim 50 hours playback? and i have request them but they trying to convience me that do blutooth settings and send us snap shot i do that 3 times but they said, as per our policy, we cannot approve a replacement.
