Worse Product! Stopped working within 7 days!
Pathetic Product. I received brand new box and product, but it stopped working after 7 days. First the battery charge started to drop from 66% to 0% within 5 min. There after, even with 80% charged battery, the watch stops working abruptly. Waste of money! Old lot!! DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP!! I tried returning but they dont except! Being Cheated!!

Great watch, with a week over battery life
Just a perfect smartwatch with literally all features that you would even need!Bought it for a friend of mine, it works really well.Just one downside is that the battery lasts like upto a week.I’ve had a Boat XTEND Plus, which lasts like a month, so a week is too less in my opinion.

Iffaa Worst Smart watch Ever award goes to one and only Boat..
This smartwatch from boAt is a complete waste of money!I bought it expecting a decent battery life, but the battery drains ridiculously fast. I’m talking about maybe half a day of light use before it needs to be charged again. It’s supposed to be a “smart” device, but it spends more time on the charger than on my wrist. This makes it practically useless for tracking sleep or for using all day.To make matters worse, when I contacted customer support about this clear defect, I was met with resistance. They kept giving me generic troubleshooting steps that did nothing. When I finally requested a replacement for what is obviously a faulty unit, they refused to provide one.A product with a battery life this poor, backed by terrible customer service that won’t stand behind their product, deserves zero stars. Do NOT buy this if you expect a functional battery or any kind of post-sale support. Save your money and look for a different brand!
