Really I love the amazing feature of Metalfit 2.0 smartwatch and as always timex my favourite brand this new Metalfit 2.0 Watch has multiple features which makes it more best from others device by using this smartwatch you can get better benfits like Bluetooth calling through watch you can also Receive call , calling, reject , superb speaker, very loud , opposite person can easily hear, even listen music in watch, stress level, spo2, temperature, bpm, women health, find my phone, and more importantly it’s battery backup is best . I will suggest my friends to get this product if there are going to take smartwatch in this range.

Beautiful watch with bluetooth calling and sleep tracker, little over pricws
I purchased this watch some 5 days ago. Here are the features i like about it1. Bluetooth calling2. Notifications3. Sleep tracker4. Sp02 tracker5. Temperature sensor6. Heart rate monitor7. Battery backup is good.I am not a fitness freak so those features doesn’t matter much for me.What I don’t like is1. Sleep tracker doesn’t show awake time during sleep.2. Steps are counted much more than real, thats bcoz it counts even if you are moving your hand.3. Cant set alarm directly from watch4. Bluetooth range is 7 meters max. If you go too far from your phone, voice is not clear.5. Little overpriced, i got for 3700. There are other cheaper options available, but not sure if they provide bluetooth calling.

Timex Helix Metal Fit 2 Pro smart watch worst ever experience of mine with Amaxon
Worst experience with Amazon and Timex. Timex is a fraud company selling smart watches and then taking no liability or responsibility after the warranty period is over.I purchased a Timex Helix Metal Fit 2Pro from Amazon against a purchase price of around 3. 3 K in Feb 2022 . And just after a year and few months my watch stopped working completely. I complained to Timex Customer Care. I was told after warranty period Timex don’t have any facility of paid or unpaid any kind of service . And I need to just throwaway the watch. My question is , what kind of a company is Timex who only sells watches and don’t provide services. I even spoke to the only service centre in Kolkata and they told if I pay INR 2200 then they will provide a replacement straight away but can’t repair the watch. I complanied in Amaxon Customer Care. They assured me to check and take action but even after a month no action. I feel cheated with this Purchase.Ny take on this is to stay away from company like Timex.

Complete satisfaction and antique piece for me. It worked perfectly throughout the day and night. The features are very competitive with other brands.. crystal clear sound, easy pairing, vibration perfect build it, alrets on time am not missing any important after wearing this watch..Call receive, calling, reject , superb speaker, very loud , super inbuilt mic, even listen music in watch. Workout tracing is one another best feature like stress level, spo2, temperature, bom, women health, find my phone, and many more. The battery life is decent lasts for long hours with quick charging adaptor.

OK performance, Disappointing Software and Privacy risks
Pro1. Communication with mobile and telephony is fine. Dialer on the watch works. Call back from watch works. Notifications work only if connected to Heliix. You can also keep contacts inside your watch and call them with a touch.Provided that you seta single SIM to call in your mobile.2.The Helix software works once it is able to sync with your watch. Whithout Helix watch date cannot be set first time.It extracts all Vitals data etc. from the watch. All data and many vitals settings are done by Helix.Helix seems to have other features like Custom plan for you etc. and training plans which I have not tried. Inshort Helix keeps all the historical records etc.Helix works.3. Watch keeps 5 watchfaces of which 4 come preloaded and remain even if you do a factory reset.The fifth is downloadable from Helix. You have to keep net on while using Helix sync Watch Menu is limited but OK but simple. Have washed my hands in the basin several times wearing the watch and water resistance seems ok. Watch feels light to wear and sleep with. The mesh watchband is flexible to clumsiness when not worn. The powerfull magnet holds quite strongly and strap is very easily adjustable.Brightness is above average and watchfaces are quite brilliant indoors.Cons1. Watch piece sent to me had the showroom tag – inside the box! The box seals seemed intact but did have some nail marks. Timex/Helix does not seem to have branded box seals. There is a QR code card I had seen in reviews on You tube was missing in the box. The box was tapmered. Only the charging cable was in tamperproof sealed plastic pouch. Packing of Helix watch is disatisfactory. AMAZON was kind enough to promptly replace the watch.2. The major Helix-Cove problem. HELIX App has terrible issue detecting the watch, however this detection issue is harrowing if you disconnect the phone from mobile after you have created an account onbyour mobile number. Helix allows recreating account on same number but disconnecting the watch is no-no. I had a Frustrating time trying to re sync the watch with mobile even after creating new account. Eventually I gave up. Helix sw even refused to detect the New replaced watch despite creation of new account (leads to deletion of all historical data). Thank my stars after a good about 10-12 tries it detected.Moral : I found Helix sw by COVE extremely unreliable in achieving connectivity jeopardising my investment in the watch. I wrote email to COVE but they have not replied even after 3 days.4. The 50 watchfaces in Helix app are disappointing and aimed at school children. Very toyish. Only 3-5 faces are somewhat wearable by adults. Big Disappointment. The watch comes with only 4 preloaded watchfaces and allows you to download only 1 face, at a time from your mobile Helix App.Out of 4 preloaded faces, 1 is good, 1 is OK and 2 are pure crap in my opinion.3. Measurements seem OK. Heart Rate seemed OK so seemed SPO2 % but I have not verified. Sleep monitoring seemed close.The steps count seemed erroneous. I may have walked 25-30 steps but the count was added by 50-100! So it’s a mixed bag.4.Helix is continuously running in the background of your mobile. I wonder what data it is sending to its server. Helix needs the Net on when you are using. When you have to program watch settings. The watch is made in China, but Helix “powered by COVE” seems to be located in Singapore. So Caveate Emptor! So now your vitals data is being transported outside your watch.I disconnected with BT off.And Helix simply refused to reconnect to the watch. That’s quite harrowing. Forget your privacy.I went thru Cove’s privacy statement and I am not very satisfied. But then what can I do now. I have spent 4300/- and Timex has forced me to set up the watch with Helix-Cove so I have to accept.5. Small glitches like watch does not on easily with a Flick of wrist. Another irritant is they provided such a small charging cable that you need to have charging point very close.I personally feel overall disappointment when I look at the Cons. I bought this watch chiefly because of brand TIMEX at the given price point. But frankly I am disappointed.And there is only a replacement! No refund!Overall Amazon has done its part and delivered on time in appropriate cover etc. Also arranged replacement for which I am thankful.But the Timex has disappointed me.

Battery performance is not as expected
Overall a very good product at this price range but only concern was battery. If you are using this watch to take calls then you wont get the battery for not more than 2 days. Apart from that watch was awesome so be clear with your requirements and select this watch.

After using it for 10 months, screen has a black strip showing up suddenly. Not sure why. Overall quality is average and average battery backup. Only good thing you is, it has many features.

Average product. Worst battery life
It is not a good watch, it has a lot of good features but the battery life is just 20 hours. Not even 24 hours!!!!! It’s frustrating to charge it every day. This is a fitness tracker, it needs to track full day activities.Not a good buy if you are looking for fitness tracker. This was a replacement product the first watch has touch issue and couldn’t be paired.A strict no no.
