It’s a cheap chinese product. Didn’t ever start on day 1. When contacted amazon we were directed to contact seller. Seller asked to go to service center which is approximately 30km away. The built quality is very cheap and it’s not worth buying . It’s an extremely cheap plastic toy material and doesn’t work

I have used different smart watches as well, after using it for few days I am writing this feedback.The time it takes to wakeup is little more when compared to other brands out there.I see watch gets hung when exposed to water or rain and not having any button also doesn’t help.When you remove your watch and keep it aside I see some times it blinks and eat the battery up.If you switch off your the only way to start is connecting to the charger cable.The charge cable which is provided is also not upto mark, it gets easily disconnected from watch, if strong wind blows it falls down, the magnetic power is not that strong.Positive note:It has all features of all high end smart watches it works as expected. It is accurate as well.

This is just a badly designed and executed product.
Have been using it for 3months now. This product I bought because it was me ruined as Made in 🇮🇳. Sad part is its only assembled here. The other sad part is that a company like Timex has really blundered in giving it their name. This is just a simply bad product.The battery life is 7 days maxThe watch has no button to switch it on or off.The step counter is totally off the charts, you CA have to walk 1000 steps and it will show 3500.Or you can not walk at all and the watch will walk 2000 plus steps for you.It hangs approx 2 times in a day.In the shower it gets really wonky and shows all different screens.The watch faces are very limited and if u do change it, it will come back to default face every few days on its own.The app interface is not at all user friendly to check progress for a week or month or quarter or half or yearly comparison.

The quality of the watch is too bad, it broke in no time. Plus there is no switch off button which creates a little difficulty. If you want to buy smart watches, i would suggest you buy from a reputated brand in the market
