I used a Fitbit sense before, and have now upgraded to Fitbit sense 2. my reason for selecting this watch is that it continuously monitors my stress levels. I’ve been asked to keep a check on my stress levels and this watch is doing that beautifully.It tracks my exercises, my heart rate, My sleep patterns and everything that a watch meant for exercise does.So many have been ditching this watch saying it doesn’t have 3rd party apps, no Google assistant, no music. Honestly why do you need all that in a watch. We are always connected with all that in the phone! It’s not like you will take the watch but not carry the phone?So why make such a big deal of a watch that functions like a watch and much much more!I’m in love with this watch and what it does for me. It signals me whenever it senses a change in my body’s reaction and asks me to log my mood. Then helps me to relax by suggesting breathing or an eda scan. Frankly,that’s all that I need.Reminds me to be active, measures my steps. Reminds me to wind down for bed. Gives amazing insight into sleep patterns. And so many more things, makes me so so happy,I wear it 24hrs!To all those wanting this watch to be a phone and much more, I’ll say- let a watch be a watch!It’s got much better battery life, i charge it once a week, and I wear this watch continuously 24hrs.Here’s my update:It’s been 1.7 yrs since using this watch. Not a problem till date.ECG works seamlessly.Battery life: recharge once in a week.Compatibility: I use an iPhone.Sleep tracking: wear it to bed and you’ll see very accurate readings.Exercise tracking: like every high end smartwatch, exactly the same.Stress levels indicator: still functions seamlessly.Third party apps: still noLooking at Apple Watch, pixel watch , one plus watch – this is still the best.

Pathetic watch aftersale service
Writing after using for 2 years. No warranty offered even when I contacted in advance and customer support is pathetic. No service centre and it’s complete waste of money. Think of using this only for 2 year and then throwing away. Since google has purchased fitbit they just want u to throw fitbit and buy google watch. Totally insane and money looting policy of big corporations.in present time battery don’t even last for 12 hr. #hategoogle #hatefitbit

Fitbit has no service in india. And also my garmin had withstood different conditions, but this fitbit watch , even as it was used carefully all this 2 years, the display panel got detached, and service was not available, i had to get it fixed in an apple watch centre.

Watch stooped working
I have been using the watch for slightly over a year and the watch has stopped turning on. I did see that the charging amount isn’t correctly reflected but now it doesn’t turn on

I have used Versa for years, and it has been doing well. I bought Sense 2 because I want it to track my stress level and heart rate. So far, it is good and smooth, and the strap is comfortable, too.I bought it at an offer price and it is worth it. Hope it lasts.

I really like fitbits because they tell me all the information about steps, sleep quality, heartrate, etc. that I want to know in a very user-friendly summarized manner. Apple watch also tracks this info, but for me the info was overwhelming and not organized very well. In addition, Apple watch needs to be charged pretty much every day, which was a major drawback. I don’t use other smartwatch functions like music/wifi/etc., so I didn’t need the extra apps.I like the Fitbit sense 2 because it has a physical button, can use Suica, and tracks fitness/wellness really well. Unfortunately, it does not accept credit cards that are not from Sony bank or Paypay (even if they are visa), so I end up just charging suica to my credit card so I can pay with my watch. It also doesn’t have the Google Wallet app as an option, probably because I’m located in Japan. This was unfortunate! However, I still decided to keep it because I find Suica and the fitness tracking are my primary concerns. Also love that the battery lasts 6 days!

Fantastic, arrived very quickly and it has all the functions and features (and more) that my Sense had. Very easy to set up and use. Battery lasts well and so far I’ve charged it about once a week. Very happy with this purchase.

I had fitbit versa 2 for years before switching to this model. The battery lasts almost 6 days if you disable the notifications and only use it as a fitness tracker. Significantly more diverse fitness tracking options compared to versa 2. Inbuilt GPS makes tracking runs more accurate. Great for people looking to live a more active lifestyle whether it’s walking more or maximising your gym time.
