Poor series from HP
HP envy series laptops have manufacturing defect, laptop hinge gets stuck in a year or two. Happened with me as well, due to which display cracked.

No battery life and worst customer service
This is the worst laptop I have ever purchased and the service from HP is even worst. I had asked them for the DOA within 14 days of purchased as mentioned in the policy of Hp but when the troubleshooting tests failed but the hp team did no help. Both croma and hp have frauded me and there is still no support. The battery life of this laptop is worst, it doesn’t last for more than half an hour. I am very disappointed and I really regret purchasing HP, especially this laptop, it is not worth the price.

Worst laptop I have even never seen in past
Don’t buy this laptop at all—it’s a waste of Money. It was too hot when delivered initially, and it was repaired just three days after I bought it. The Camera is not working, and It Hangs a lot. I have raised another ticket now. Let’s see how it goes.
