Excellent Watch
I have used a Versa and a Versa 2 watch before. Both watches stopped functioning after about 6-8 months. Versa had an issue with charging. Versa 2 barely retained charge for 24 h.It’s been a month since I’ve purchased Versa 4 and I’ve been fully satisfied. It’s very easy to charge and retains charge for 4-5 days. Easy to sync and pretty accurate with all tracking too. If there’s any con – the lack of clock faces as compared to the other versions. In all, an excellent watch.

This is a genuine review from a deeply dissatisfied customer. I purchased a Fitbit Versa 4 two months ago, and it has been a nightmare ever since.Faulty Calorie Count and Misleading Customer SupportRight off the bat, I noticed that the calorie count was wildly inaccurate. It showed 1700-1800 calories burned even when I wasn’t wearing the watch. I contacted support, and after a factory reset, the problem persisted. Despite providing screen captures and meeting all their requirements, they acknowledged the defect and promised a replacement (without the strap). However, after an email informing me of warehouse issues and delays, my case was inexplicably closed without receiving my replacement.App Issues and Poor Performance# Terrible App Design: Changing the watch face requires the app to be open on the watch itself. Even then, it only works 2 out of 10 times. The available watch faces are abysmal, and using a more elaborate face slows the watch down significantly.# Unreliable Strap: On the first day, the strap fell off without any physical activity or exertion.# Inaccurate Sleep Tracking: The sleep detection feature is far less accurate compared to other fitness watches I’ve used.# Subpar Call Functionality: Answering calls through the watch is a joke. It takes forever to connect, often resulting in missed calls. The sound quality is atrocious, making it nearly impossible for the caller to understand you.Rude and Unhelpful Customer ServiceSupport calls are routed to some Asian country, where representatives are not only rude but also powerless to help. They advised me to follow up every 2 days, threatening to close my case again if I failed to do so.I’ve given Fitbit more than enough chances to resolve these issues, but my patience has run out. Got this at around 13.5K and I must say this is a very good for fitness tracking.I’m happy with overall product.A decent battery life , looks lovely and fits well as well.Only negative that I have noticed is the sound quality while taking call with watch. That’s pretty bad.Overall 8/10 experience

Didn’t worked well during high intensity exercises.
Overall good but could have been better.After few kms of running the heart beat counter stopped working, and couldn’t able to count the beats, the very reason I bought this product for.The heart beat counter started working again after sometime. Figured out that the counter stopped working because of the sweat. As this is for fitness enthusiasts it should able to handle sweats.Seems works well only during winters.

ロングバッテリーを活かしアップルウォッチとの併用で使用しています。（写真の左がFitbitで、右がアップルウォッチです）Suica対応なのでこれがあれば電車に乗れて支払いもできます。とても便利です。文字盤の自由度は高くサードパーティ製の文字盤を入れて使うことができます。文字盤の選択肢は多いですが文字盤のカスタマイズ製はあまり高くありません。（沢山の文字盤の中から好きな文字盤を選んで設定できるが、その文字盤を自分好みにカスタマイズすることがあまりできない。 ただWebデザインの知識があればJSとCSSで超絶好みの文字盤を開発することは可能。 アップルウォッチだと数少ない文字盤から好みの文字盤を選択することになるが、文字盤のカスタマイズができるので、一長一短。）Suica対応機種の中では価格が安い方なので仕方がありませんが不安定さを感じる場面が多々あります。例えばSuicaを初期設定する際にエラーが出てアプリが落ちたり（初期設定1回につき、1000円がクレジット決済されるので、決済後にアプリが落ちて、設定はできていないという状況が何度かあった、後でカード明細を自分でチェックして、理不尽な決済が発生していたら、払い戻しがされるのが自分で確認しないといけない。）決済が発生するデバイスで、決済周りが不安定なのは致命的だと思う。専用のアプリも不安定でよく落ちます。アプリのレスポンスも悪い。1日バッテリーが持たないアップルウォッチを持って、旅行や出張に出るのはしんどいので使い方にもよりますがロングバッテリーを期待していたが常時点灯OFFでもって5日くらい。常時点灯ONだと2日くらい。3日目もいけなくはないが午前中もてばいいくらい。っと、不満ばかり先に書いてしまいましたが良い点ももちろんあります。【良い点】・Suica対応で財布を持たずに出かけても安心。・バッテリーが5日以上持続する。ただ、常時点灯だといけて2日くらい。・血中酸素ウェルネス、呼吸数などの傾向が健康指標ダッシュボードで確認でき、自分の身体の状況を可視化できる。・心拍数、アクティビティ、睡眠パターンに基づいた毎日のスコアで、自分のストレス状況を可視化できる。・高/低心拍数の通知により、心拍数が基準値を外れた場合にお知らせすることで心臓の健康を管理する。・iPhone、Androidどちらともペアリングが可能。

It’s a good fitness tracker. I mainly needed a fitness tracking watch to track my walks and read notifications that come in on my phone during my walks, with good battery life. The Versa 4 fits my needs, even though it’s not as fully featured as other smartwatches in this price range. This is mainly a fitness tracking smartwatch, and not really a fashion watch like other smartwatches. Lots of good watch faces in the gallery to choose from. Battery life is around 5-6 days, so that’s a good thing.Some things to note though:- No 3rd party app support, like Spotify. So you can’t control Spotify from the watch. Not a big deal for me though, but this might be a deal breaker for some people. The app gallery is quite limited, with only basic apps from Fitbit.- Notifications for apps won’t appear on this watch unless you specifically add the app through the Fitbit app. What I found was the app likely checks the app name and only allows notifications to show for apps you select. For example, I have Microsoft Teams app installed on a Secure Folder on my phone, and not installed along with the other apps. The fitbit app doesn’t show this application available to select for notifications, so notifications from the Teams app don’t show on the fitbit, even though it shows on my phone. A workaround to this is to install the Teams app outside the Secure Folder as well (doesn’t have to be signed in, as long as the app is there), and then select it for notifications through the Fitbit app.- Google maps app is not like on other smartwatches, where the whole map appears. The Google Maps app here just shows the navigation directions in text after you started navigation on the Google Maps app on your phone. Not really that useful, in my opinion.- Google Wallet is available, but took me several tries to set up, always saying my card was not accepted. After removing the card from my existing Google Wallet and re-adding it through the Google Wallet on the Fitbit app, it finally was able to accept my card. After it’s set up, Google Wallet works perfectly, so it’s a convenient feature.
