Unsafe Product + No Support – Terrible Experience with Sounce (Amazon-Owned Brand)I bought a product from Sounce, an Amazon-owned brand, and it turned out to be a nightmare. Within 30 days, the product started leaking electric current from the charging plate — extremely dangerous and completely unacceptable.I didn’t even ask for a refund — just requested a replacement unit. Still, no response from the brand, and Amazon customer care did nothing to help. There’s no warranty, no service, no accountability.It’s shocking that a brand owned by Amazon can operate with zero customer support or safety standards. If this is how Amazon backs its own products, it raises serious concerns.Avoid Sounce at all costs — your money and safety aren’t worth the risk.
