I am very disappointed with the security features of this laptop. Overall, the performance is good. However, as mentioned in the specifications, there is no IR camera for unlocking and no fingerprint scanner. Additionally, there is no Thunderbolt 4 port.Please note that there is no additional SSD slot—you will need to replace the original SSD if you want to upgrade. You will also need to upgrade the RAM for the best performance. Other features are working well, but the laptop’s sound quality is something you will have to compromise on.I don’t think it offers good value for money. The only highlight is the processor and the 8 GB graphics card, but you have to compromise on many other aspects for these features.

NEW LAPTOP ISSUE
Laptop sound is not working from day I received laptop, I complaint to amazon but they said please check with manufacturer. I sent mail to manufacture also as well but no reply from them from last 6 days. No solution till now, not happy with overall process of amazon to handle such incident of defective laptop delivery.
